Text, prices, events and documents are structured data on the sites we build, so updates are quick and never break the layout. Live sites are backed up before every change.
- Automate
Routine updates publish themselves, with safety gates
For the Merced County Association of REALTORS® we built an automation that reads C.A.R.'s monthly county report, checks every number against stored history and sanity limits, and only then publishes the market snapshot. Anything unusual stops and asks a person.
- Measure
Every change is measured, and we publish our own scores
We run Google Lighthouse after every change and show the results on this site. Programs we run for clients come with monthly reports built from real on-site data, not estimates.

Watch
A plain script checks each day in the middle of the month whether C.A.R. has published the new county sales and price report. No AI runs until something new appears.
Verify
An agent reads the report, extracts Merced County's median price, sales, days on market and inventory, and checks every number against the table text and the stored history. Hard limits stop anything unusual.
Publish and notify
The site's market snapshot and 12-month trend update, and the owner gets a message with the numbers and a link. If any check fails, nothing publishes and a person is asked.
